Student Grants

A small number of grants, sponsored by the industry, will be offered to students or scientists below 30 years old to attend LLRF 2017 Workshop. These grants are intended for students or young scientist who, without financial assistance, would not be able to attend LLRF 2017 Workshop. So, preference will be given to applicants from institutes / countries which offer no other form of support.

The grant will cover the registration fee and up to 4 nights accommodation during the conference. 

Applicants must submit an abstract in order to be eligible for a grant. The abstract must be sent before submitting the student grant application.

Application
Applications must be made via e-mail to llrf2017@barcelocongresos.com and must include the following information:

• Surname
• First name
• Age
• Contact details
• Position / title at institute / university
• Area of research / professional activities
• Title of the submitted abstract and abstract reference number.
• Motivation letter
• Applications must be accompanied by a letter of reference from the applicant's supervisor, or someone in a similar position within the applicant's institute.

Evaluation and acceptance
Selection will be made by the Organizing Committee. The results will be announced by e-mail no later than 31 July 2017.
